As a 501(c)(4) social welfare nonprofit donations to Lewis County Dignity Guild are not classified as tax deductible for federal tax purposes.

This organizational structure allows us to allocate a portion of our efforts to lobbying and advocacy work in areas a traditional nonprofit might not.
